It is a massive airport catering for millions of passengers every month but if you need directions or if you have any questions there are information booths located throughout the airport.
To get back and forth to your hotel you can use a taxi, limo or rental car. Check with your hotel to see if there is a shuttle, which will be most convenient for you. If you want to hire a car this is easy online and you can then go to one of the companies below or an agency and collect your rental car from them when you arrive.
There is also an Airport Shuttle - or rather numerous companies that go to hotels on the Strip, downtown, Boulder Highway, etc. You can usually contact these outside the Baggage Hall and they will transport you to your destination quickly. The cost is usually about $15 and you can talk to them about your return journey.
Lots of people associate Las Vegas with limousines and you may want to use this form of transport from the airport - in fact you can sometimes get a very reasonable seat in a shared limo but it is as well to check with the companies in advance - but this you can do online.
